To answer your questions, the Christmas Banners & Logos do NOT require subscribing to any tier, Ik you had to subscribe to Tier 1 in order to buy the Halloween ones but these are different. – 11/7/2023 7:18 PM

I work for Oceanicton, only Staff can enable and disable Dislikes, it's one of the several privileges Staff Members who work for Oceanicton have, how do I or you know? I have a Staff Badge, which leads to a page saying I work for Oceanicton.
